SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text message communications between BrandStart LLC ("we," "our," or "us") and clients and prospective clients who have consented to receive them.
1. Consent
We send text messages only to people who have provided their mobile number directly to us and consented to receive them, either in writing on our service agreement or verbally during an in-person consultation. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are conversational and depend on the status and timeline of your project.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. BrandStart LLC does not charge for text messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe.
5. Help

6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
